This is the best price I've seen on name brand duct tape in a while. I bought enough to put a roll in the trunk of all my family's vehicles in case of hillbilly repairs.

Seems like a good deal if you can find it. Hard to say what "advanced strength" means, but it does at least appear to be thicker than the cheapest duct tape you can buy.

Duck Advanced ranked lowest out of all the tapes tested in Wirecutter's duct tape competition [nytimes.com], but sometimes you don't need a semi-permanent tape. If you can get this for around $1/roll, it definitely seems worth it to pick some up.

After several (let's call them) "acquaintances" slipped out of this duct tape with ease, I'd recommend something better. Unless you're supplementing zip ties with this, these could leave you in a bit of trouble.

I just ripped a piece off one of the rolls I purchased when I started this thread, and the quality is admittedly lackluster for what is commonly considered the titular brand for duct tape. The tape is thin and translucent. I wouldn't believe the "Advanced Strength" hype.

That being said, it's got decent adhesion and you get a lot of it for the price. If you can find the sale, it's cheaper per roll than the no-name 30yd bulk packs on Amazon.
