Apologies is this has been posted. I searched, but didn't find recent posts specific to FF7R:Intergrade.
Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade with INTERmission (Yuffie DLC) episode is $15.19 on PSN. The standalone Yuffie episode is $14.99 so for a whopping 20 cents you can get the full PS5 digital version of the game. As someone with a PS4 physical copy that upgraded to the digital PS5 version w/o the Yuffie DLC, this is a great deal to get the DLC and a full digital license to the game so I don't always have to insert the disc to play.

In the app, if you scroll to the bottom of the "Add PS+ Subscription to Cart" page, there should be a "Skip to Cart" link, and you can check out as normal from there. At least, that's what worked for me.

Hang onto it, a Complete in Box copy is selling for like $140, all because they did a limited run since it was a DLC upgrade
Play the main game first
If you manually search FFVII Remake on the app, it takes you to the PS4 version of the base game by default. You have to tap "Select Edition" and scroll to the "Game Bundle" for PS5 (it will expand out and show that it contains FFVII Remake and FF7R Episode INTERmission) and that version should be $15.19.
And if your save data includes the Yuffie episode, you get a second bonus summon.

Any way around this to just buy it outright? Frustrating!
Should still be active until April 24 last I checked. It will say items are not available in the App if you've previously purchased them but don't have them installed on your linked console.

When you click the link in the OP, does it take you to the store page for Remake Intergrade AND show an "Add to Cart" button? When I added it to my cart the PS app automatically triggered a pop up to renew my PS+ subscription when I clicked "View Cart" and I had to scroll to the bottom to find a "Not right now" link to get to the cart and checkout.
The version linked in OP includes the full game and the INTERmission DLC.

I don't currently have PS+ subscription, but if you're buying in the app on your phone, try tapping the "PS5 | Standard Edition" text above where it says "Not Available for Download" and see if that gives you the option to purchase the paid version.
Or, if it shows that it's free with your PS+ subscription under the "Not Available for Download" button, click that area and see if it gives you a buy to own option.
