To run it online, click the Fork button and create or sign in to a free Replit account. After you're signed in, click My Repls in the menu and find activate_radio. Finally, click the green Run button and enter your Radio ID when it asks for it (no other personal information needed). It will display a whole bunch of text, including an error message or two, but that's normal. As long as you see Success in there somewhere, it may have worked.
Leave your car turned on for 5-15 minutes in view of the sky and your radio should be activated. If not, try it again once or twice as the activation process can be a bit unreliable. If it still doesn't work after that, you're probably out of luck.

Agreed, I'll end up cancelling one of these years and being done
Doesn't appear so. First step is add a car radio ID OR look up car information or SXM account (which you don't have if only online to begin with - as I am). I currently pay $5.80/mo./total for online/app only. Last time I went to cancel after a deal, they offered me another one. So fine.
