Very nice replacement for or secondary charger for a USB C charging laptop. Kinda overkill for phones and most tablets IMO.

Anyone know if this would work with a Pinecil V2? Or should I save a few bucks and just go with a no-name brick?

From the web "PINE64 officially states the Pinecil V2 will support up to 24V-88W." So this will work, though note this charger supports 100 watts PD by doing 20 volt at 5 amps in theory the device will accept ~80 watts from this charger 🤷
