That's not a bad thing. For large, sturdy boards, you don't want to waste space on an unnecessary feature like that, or make it harder to scrape ingredients.

Btw I got this from Sams club for working on whole Salmon and brisket primarily. It would also help to put some non slip pads on the four corners under one side.

while it's true it seems it has been this price for awhile it was nice they were willing to share what they thought was a good deal. this site is all about providing a place for people to share their finds with others so the effort is appreciated. if you have come across a better deal for a cutting board like this, please share!
