I used mine a few times this past year… unfortunately on those wet snow, overnight freeze type of days… the material will stick to the car and rip. It actually adhered to a small part of my car and it ended up taking a small chip of paint off too. Needless to say, I was not happy and won't be using it ever again. I'd rather just pre start my car then risk damaging it with this

I bought one two winters ago. Used it once, total. Turns out I wasn't as concerned with ice as I thought I was. Not enough to use it.
