The rest of the specs seem nice, until you hit those vestiges that remind me of a mid-tier machine from 2013. I at least had a 16gb/512gb laptop back then. But what can we say, shrinkflation? Applications are always getting smaller and more efficient, right?!
What do you think you need 32GB of memory for in a tablet? Blow my mind here...
I'll give you the SSD though; for such a premium device, that's limited in on the go expansion options, it really should be coming with 512GB-1TB considering how cheap solid state storage is currently.
It is terrible with the bad x86 emulation support and was not until 2024 that chrome released the browser officially. It was bad.
I will try ARM based surface X when the new Snapdragon X chip is released and pray x86 emulation is better. Not betting on more software vendors going to full Windows ARM route yet
No one over the age of 6 should use the word "tummy" unless speaking with someone under the age of 6.
Windows and tablet don't belong in the same sentence together. Same for Android. Only one company has done "tablets" right, that's Apple, period. The iPad dominates the market for a reason.

What device IS most comfortable in your lap or on your tummy while laying in bed from your experience?
An LG Gram. And please use the word stomach like an adult.

Agreed that it is a niche product. Great for work though, but not for on the-go use. I turned my SP4 into a fridge door tablet, for recipes and YT videos. As you said it is a hard sell, but it is even harder resell, almost no trade-in value at MS.
Tons of sp9 new/open box cheaper as long as you can spend time fishing. Really no point going with this used item due to unknown battery wear versus new.
