There will be handful of executives running ARM64 Windows because they have lighter workload and don't need all of the apps the worker bees need to run the company.
ARM Windows will take forever to materialize simply because there are just too many apps to convert to native ARM.
I do really like ARM SP X because of the built-in cellular feature but I am tethering or using my dedicated hot spots so often that I don't really need the SP X anymore because I do want more than one device to get on the hotspot and not rely on public wifi
I got a Surface Go 2 10" for like $100. it's cheap enough and it's relatively new and usb-c connection. Surface 7 is 250+. Surface 3-4 can be had for cheaper though.
just ebay them
if there weren't right of repair complaints, I'd have another surface pro right now
I returned mine primarily for the battery life reasons but also the fact that Intel hasn't been able to put together a capable enough engine for years (until apparently the Core Ultra range and beyond).
(review just happened to be posted today)
That said, it's kinda absurd for that review to call it a "gaming" tablet with no nvidia gpu...
The ONLY pc tablet that'll crush benchmarks because it has a nvidia is:

Which has been on sale for around the same price on Amazon earlier.

Or a cell phone plan with unlimited tethering

Better for the oled display.

I'll give you the SSD though; for such a premium device, that's limited in on the go expansion options, it really should be coming with 512GB-1TB considering how cheap solid state storage is currently.
Which is to say - you have the option to pay for it if you really need it. But to suggest 16gig is measly for average daily consumer usage is just laughable.

I also have some other Dell 2-in-1 that I got cheap for random use.

I got one of these for like $90 on ebay and comes with keyboard. I like it because it's super bright with 500+ nits.
USB-c ports were a must so I can charge it with the same cables I have on my desk.
All great little portable "Windows" options when I want to use a Wintel.
I really should get rid of some devices...

I forgot to reply on this specifically. I was super gong-ho to get the Dell 2-in-1 first but price was high at close to $2000. After I considered the options and tried SP X SQ1 with LTE (I had a card and all) but ARM64 app support was garbage lol
So after some false starts and more considerations ... I opted not to get built-in LTE/5G on Windows devices because I realized I do want to have more devices connected to my own 5G.
1) because I end up using macOs more often
2) only new devices have 5G, most were on LTE
3) Phone tether - I do have 50GB tethering phone plan but I use this as secondary, came with phone service
4) I got 100GB tethering device because phone tethering is often slower speed despite advertise unlimited speed (same provider as my 5G hotspot with 5G plan on the phone too), and walking away means my laptop will get disconnected where hot spot will be in range to be on.
I use 4) most of the time unless I don't expect to use the network all day to save a small weight in my bag.
My hotspot is like $40 for 100GB after some plan discounts so I deemed it more worth it fraction of a cup of coffee per day.
I end up going back to MacOs as primary after trying to switch to Surface Pro/Dell 2-in-1 tablets. (SP7, SP9, SP X SQ1, Dell XPS 13, 7210, etc) all failed to leave an impression on me.
I miss macos too much -- specifically the iMessage Cloud. Windows has the Phone Link but support is not 100% on group messaging and lacks Multi-media...
oh and I realized my fingers are just too greasy to be touching my screens all the time on a 2-in-1 device. Drives me crazy to see the smudges!!! haha.
