need to trade in at least iphone 11 for $830 credit. i was told i can get iphone 15 for free with no trade in required for NEXT plan.
I always take screens-shots of whatever they tell me and yet it has taken me hours of my time to get what i was initially promise.
Even better to not switch at all as tmo deals are not what they seem.
