OP should add the required port in is limited to transfers from specific providers. It looks like they're targeting post paid service, so anyone with lower cost prepaid service plans might not qualify.

According to the fine print:
"port-in (AT&T, Verizon, Claro, US Cellular, Xfinity, Spectrum & Liberty PR only) required."

I have legacy one plan and pay $100 for 2 lines. There was a promo supposedly for 3rd free line BYOD which Tmobile reps told me Im eligible for and apparently I was not and I found it out later. They kept charging me $40 extra every month for third line until I finally got it somewhat "resolved" through tforce support that indirectly told me that numerous overseas reps I had interaction with just untrained idiots that they had no idea what there were doing. Though there was nothing tforce could done other than issue me a credit for 12 month. After that period I will switch to other carrier. This particular deal is good on paper but be aware because Tmobile are notorious in screwing up their customers and usually blatantly lie about promotions and it just a matter of time until they will fail you. Im not saying dont get this deal, but just be cautious!

They should offer something similar to exiting customers, otherwise, it's not a full blown price war.

Omg this happened to me too. It went on and on and finally I got fed up and gave up. I would change if the others had better prices but they still don't. Argh !
Same thing happened to me. I was told my wife could port in from Tello for a free iPhone 13. We did it and they started charging us the full price every month. Rep determined that Tello was T-Mobile MVNO and therefore ineligible for the promotion. They gave 1/2 the value of the phone in a lump sum credit and the other half in monthly credits but now I'm not the hook for like another 20 months.

The rep didn't "determine" that, Tello uses T-Mobile so it doesn't work for the promotion

So why did he say unequivocally, "you qualify for this promotion!!" when I told him I would be porting in from Tello?

Why is there such a lack of info? What plan is it for $100? I have 3 lines and ill get a 4th if it means its cheaper.

New customers only since it requires port in right? Why does it say qualifying customers?

Base on some of my friend stories, most people have problems with T-Mobile when they tried to take advantage of promotions without reading carefully; simply trust store reps (they are just authorized dealers) or their call center support agents.

I would recommend to read and make sure you understand how promotion work first, then contact their TForce team, they have more knowledge compare to call center support agents. Also, keep record all the chats with them for future reference.

I'm on an Essentials plan with family members. We all need new phones but Tmobile hardware is outrageously prices now compared to a year ago.

I've been on T-Mobile for almost 10 years now, and pay $105 for 3 unlimited lines - I just buy my phones elsewhere because I'm absolutely not having them touch my plan

The iPhone 15 is a great flagship value with its new 48MP camera with 2x zoom, refined contoured design and brighter display. The A16 Bionic chip is a year old but still quite fast, and you get strong battery life. It's also nice to see a USB-C port, though there's no change to charging speed. The only real strike against the iPhone 15 is its 60Hz refresh rate.

Would a "fresh" new user eligible, i.e. no porting from other carriers?

So for $2400 one can get four Pixel 8 phones and 96 line-months of service?

Given the attention a posting here gets for a ~$500 Pixel 8, this seems pretty fantastic. Four people pay $600 each and all get a Pixel 8 and 24 months of service.

Is there a gotcha in the non-5G coverage? The cumulative data?
Pixels suck. All of them have had problems with battery run down and screen cracking- original pixel lasted much longer. I've had three and I won't be using Google services once this one dies. Way too expensive, no customer service and promises not kept (stuck with all my photos now I need to transfer out of Google to a network drive due to ridiculous cost of Google storage vs Microsoft or home network drive). Not to mention trying to get people to pay ridiculous fee for email that does not have good management abilities to keep size of emails down and filter out junk emails.

tax man. I have 2x $15 kickstart. Somehow after tax they are $40. What a scam.
Blame Obama phones for that, not T-Mobile
