A certain popular cb site is offering 10% cb on purchases from dell.com until midnight est. Also, amex is offering select American Express Cardholders either $40 Statement Credit back on $200+ or $120 Statement Credit back $599+ for Dell purchases.
At $750 this is already the cheapest I've seen a 4070ti super 16gb (they're normally closer to $800 on sale), so if you stack cb and have an amex offer available this is a very good deal.

No, unless you're running out of VRAM or games aren't performing as well as you'd like. Even then, I wouldn't upgrade to a 4070TI.
I also have a TUF3080 10gb. It's runs perfectly fine at 1440p max settings for 99% of games I play.
I'm really tempted to upgrade but it's more of a WANT than a NEED. I'm trying to at least skip a generation between GPU upgrades. Wait til the 5000series are released end of this year and pickup a 5080 which should last at least another 3-5yrs minimum
I would say yes- you'll see 2x performance improvement across the board and the improvements with Ray tracing, frame generation and DLSS stuff. But it only makes sense for 1440p gaming with RT.
1080ti really was GOAT- the gamers nexus video on it shows how well it aged:

And for PNY at that
Intel's consumer market CPU's have not increased in price this much, and have sales within a year after launch.
NVIDIA needs to face more competition.
I don't need more points I want the cashback...

They are facing plenty of competition from themselves. Too many product tiers for every price point with confusing overlapping names.

Oh. Their post said 1070, so assumed it was some reference.
