Regardless, this product subscription is managed by Antonline, not MS, so I doubt you even get a key. Antonline will auto-renew at the end of the year. If you prefer to have control of your own subscription, this might not be for you.
I am having the same issue. I bought 3 plans form the HP sale and now I am stuck. MS support has been useless.
My subscription ends 2026, and I could not move past the apply page, it just banked out.
Then I noticed that , if I cancel my subscription, it will remain till the last date of validity. And now when I apply the personal license key, it move to the next page but still does not say that I get 9 months of family instead of 12 months of personal.
I have not moved further as I don't want to mess up my current subscription.
I will hold on to those paper licenses till 2026 and see if they work ..
