Make sure the seller is amazon.com because when I clicked on that link it defaulted to some third party seller.
This one should take you to Amazon.com but don't know if SD will modify the link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0...0DER&psc=1
Nah. There are definitely some bad PSUs. They would all likely work but some are very noisy/have whine noise. That would irritate the hell out of me. I've got one thats prone to that issue and so far it's has not started to whine but I am hoping that it stays that way.
You are obviously very sensitive to sound. I haven't heard a power supply over cpu, gpu, and case fans in many years well actually never.

They always do, so that they can get money from Amazon if somebody buys.

You're lucky that coil whine doesn't affect you, I'm very sensitive to sound so all my components are super quiet, I've returned hdd's with high pitched frequencies, mostly Seagate hdd's.. Even my ROG Ally dock exhibit coil whine which I might return.
Whenever I notice a thumbnail like this, I like to play a game called "Motherboard or golf balls?" I was convinced it was golf balls this time. Nope! Power supply wild card!
I only buy seasonics, the best. HARDOCP did major stress tests on them back in the day, always passed with flying colors.
They are not bad, but I got from a batch for 1Kw one where it would shutdown if a gpu needed high power. Need to get it warrantied, the warranty is nice on them, mine is 10 years
