Ugh have to be a better deal soon.
Then the replacement came and it was broken as well. They then instructed me to take it repair shops within 30miles of where I live. The 1st one they gave me wouldn't take it. The second wouldn't look at it for 2 months and the third didn't have a technician on site.
After spending several more hours on phone with them they agreed to replace that broken mower as well. Okay but now I am starting to have a lot of waste that I have to store until this thing is sorted.
The 2nd replacement mower shows up and it is not the same mower. It is 2 models down from the one I was supposed to get. $749 vs $399. So, back on the phone I get. They agree it was a problem with fulfillment from their warehouse and say they will contact me in 1-2days to arrange pickup and sort delivery of the correct mower.
I have yet to receive a call back several days after last correspondence.
