This is a regular price for this chair on Amazon, they go for about $109-119 depending on the seller, there are several "brands"/sellers who sell exact same chair. Don't know why it's front page, I guess editors are not familiar with this item.
I bought two for my home movie theater. Very comfortable. But it's manual recline so that sucks, only 2 reclining positions: 1) not enough, and 2) way too much.
For the money it's great.

For around a 10 spot on Amazon you can get a cover for the $100 chair.
PU leather cracks and falls apart after a few years even if you don't touch it, and faster if it's being stretched and creased. A cloth cover won't help prevent this.
