That ONLY applies to the seller. The seller cannot ask for more than $5.

But the buyer can offer (and post it in the thread) as much as they want to pay.

SD rules state you can only offer $5 in a trade.

Edit: Apparently the $5 limit is only enforced on the seller's side. That seems new.
