I like the color scheme but hate all the writing and logo overload.

The back has Boost logo, Coach Prime logo, Motorola logo, and razr name logo.

Yeh the razr 2023+ does, but this one is non-plus.

That's not how unlocking works.

Once a phone is locked to a carrier, only that specific carrier can unlock the phone and until they unlock it, the other carriers can't put the phone in their network. Other carriers can't unlock the device.

That person is spouting a whole bunch of BS and you can tell they're full of it by the condescending attitude.
You're so wrong. Let's say I call T-Mobile and they activate it on their network, which they will without issue. Then you ask them to unlock it. Carrier settings change along with APN, and you're good to go. Im not spouting BS at all as I've been doing this for "locked" phones for years and years. Currently using a S24 that was Boost Infinite locked and using on T-Mobile and T-Mobile unlocked it. So nice try. Other carriers can unlock the device if the believe you purchased it from them. No issue.

Sometimes you have to photoshop a receipt but that's not an issue as well. The carrier may also apologize to you and send you a new device and you send the locked device back. There are a lot of ways around a phone being locked, sounds like you never did the legwork. I'm sorry to hear that.

Why would you take it to Tmobile for an unlock? They have a 365 day policy just like Boost.

That's how they do it. Lots of Boost threads tell you to always select "Port My Number In" instead of "New Number". If you choose "Port", it will arrive unactivated, and you can proceed to activate with a new ph#, but if you choose "New Number", they will activate it.
How do you then proceed to activate a new number? When is "porting" official?

Of course a Coach Prime Edition would be the lower end of the two current models.

I bet half of the phone transfers out after your first phone call /s

When you receive the phone & start the activation, you just ask for a new number instead of doing a port.

If you want to really port in to boost, you have to do it when you activate. They won't (can't) do it if you already have a new ph#.

Coach Prime don't allow no fumbles. You fumble your phone, you runnin laps.

If she's had service at least 9 months, i think she can get it for $150 and no new line requirements. Have her log in to my.boostmobile.com and browse the phone store.

You don't call boost mobile CS, you call the CS of the network you wish to use it on. Just say you were on vacation and bought the phone out of state and that you're disabled. Don't tell them the phone is locked to boost mobile. Just say you're having an issue activating it on their network. They will then ask for the phones info and bam they will let you use it on their network and immediately it becomes unlocked. I know you might not understand any of this. But it does work every single time.

are you the same guy sold the locked phone and bought the unlocked version and claimed you can unlock any phones?

It an be unlocked after being in boost mobile for 12 months or more.
From customer support:
"When you purchased the device from Boost even the price is not discounted or it was heavily discounted from the normal retail price. We cannot allow the device to exit our network until the discount of the phone is covered by the months of service paid to the network. We need to stay the phone with the network for more the 12 months before we can unlock the device."
Thanks.
