Is there such a thing as truly safe-enough human/animal friendly weed killer? I would love a convenient option but I don't like the idea of applying chemicals around my home and areas my kids play that are being shown to be harmful to health.

If not, I'll just keep pulling em by hand. Thanks slickdealers

I've had good results with this but I heavily saturate the weeded areas. I normally use dithiopyr for pre-emergent crabgrass then use this as needed during summer.

This is in my weekly ad and was also marked on the shelf with the $6 sale tags, but they rang up regular price at the register yesterday. They had to price correct it for me. This might be the reason everyone isn't seeing the sale price, it is messed up in their system.
These work great keeping weeds out of my fescue lawn in TN. I found the non crabgrass version for $1 each at Walmart years ago and I bought about 50. It takes about 3-4 bottles to spray my one acre lawn. It kills all the dandelions and clover and makes my lawn look great. I usually spray 2-3 times a year and my lawn is weed free. It works best if you use the day after you mow and it's sunny and around 70-80 degrees. I still have about 20 bottles left but I wanted to try the crabgrass version. Recommend!

I bought the concentrate to use with my empty hose sprayer bottle. Does anyone know what the dilution factor is, i.e. is it 2/1 water to concentrate, 1/1, etc. The bottle doesn't say.

No, this kills weeds that are already growing. Pre Emergent is before the seeds start to germinate, usually in the fall/winter.

This is a post emergent treatment. Pre-emergent is used before the weed has the chance to germinate.

Should we need to spot spray this? Is it safe on Bermuda lawn?

If you use this spray, make sure no on else is exposed to it, either through skin contact or by breathing it in; that includes your pets. It's a good idea to research the potential risks using sources that cite peer-reviewed science.
Yes, it says all this in the directions. Common sense...why would you spray when people/pets are in the vicinity?
