Bethesda Game Studios welcome you to Fallout 76. Twenty-five years after the bombs fall, you and your fellow Vault Dwellers emerge into post-nuclear America. Explore a vast wasteland in this open-world multiplayer addition to the Fallout story.
Coincidence this is currently free with Amazon Prime Gaming? If you are a prime member you can get a free Windows key for this and a free Xbox key. They are separate keys.
LOL...this game receives major updates monthly. (not even mentioning the 'seasons' and events) And like 181day stated Atlantic City recently came out and Bethesda just announced a huge map increase beyond that
Where are you getting your info? Even if Bethesda never releases another update there is still 200-300 hours of content here...for FREE. What a rip, right?
Now back to the point: if you have Prime there is ZERO reason to buy this key. They are (presumably) only marking up free Prime keys farmed from the giveaway.
Atlantic City dlc just came out

Noob question:
After I redeemed my game code via MS Store I can't see to find a way to download the game, is not in my library, but it shows under My MS account online.
Don't get me wrong, I'd love a remastered version of FO:NV with updated graphics and without the clunky controls.
But NV is primarily an RPG with FPS elements, whereas FO4/76 are FPS first with some RPG-esque features. Very different gameplay. I appreciate both styles though, can't go wrong with either!
You hit the nail right on the head. Even FO3 seems more FPS than NV. I guess people like the RPG elements of NV, I feel like it went backwards in terms of graphics and action game play compared to FO3.

Search "Fallout 76" and it should say you own it with an Install button. IIRC the library only shows games you've installed.
lol… It's built on the Fallout 3 engine so it's technically more than 10 years old. It should run well on any modern system.
I know, but the Microsoft Store version runs so bad. I have tried low settings and it still is choppy. Reinstalled same thing. I have an RTX 3060 so not bleeding edge but shoudl work great.
Make sure you all didn't already buy this or get a freebie from Microsoft back in 2022
Right now its Free for Amazon Prime Members
As for Game play I actually Like this iteration it was not great when it came out but the updates make this a great addition Solo or with other players
It's just at around lvl100 or so after you've done all the quests, there's not much left to do aside from grinding repeating daily quests and events to earn enough credits and gold to get plans, outfits, and camp items. Then once every blue moon, they come out with some kind of DLC which will keep you busy for a several hours and every season, there are some variation in events. After awhile, it becomes so boring that you're better off starting a new character and playing from the beginning. Unfortunately, many cool items, rewards, plans that you've acquired are not transferrable to your new character.
Bethesda's biggest blunder of all time. Let's make one of the most iconic single player RPGS multi player only, lol. They tried to return to their glory with Starfield, but lost their touch.

I got the free Amazon / Xbox version for PC. I had to set the graphics to full screen instead of windowed full screen to get over 34 fps. I'm not sure what fps I'm playing at full screen, but it seems to be ok, but I get some stuttering every now and then. This might be network issues.
I have a 7800x3d and at 7900XTX, so my PC should have no trouble with this game.

I spent way too long going down the rabbit hole, but I think a lot of it has to do with the MS store. Geforce can't see it and can't optimize it.
