No matter how discounted any of these electrolyte things are, they are still crazy expensive. Just put 1/8 tsp of salt in a bottle and call it a day. And for calories, sugar. That's it.

OMG yes, the packets taste like the bottled propel. The gatorade tablets and this one just tastes cheap and awful.

Havent tried these, but the Gatorade tablets taste horrible to me as well. Would not recommend

There's a little more to it than just adding salt. I went down a rabbit hole of diy electrolyte beverages. The amount and number of electrolytes are on bottle so it's not some big secret to match the active ingredients in pretty much every brand.
