I chose to do a 1 pay lease and just pay everything at signing. I also had offers for roughly the same total price with $0 down $254 per month, $1k down $207 per month, and $2k down $161 per month. Admittedly those are slightly better than the $6k upfront but they didn't come with the extra $2k in options which I chose to use on lease end protection and tire/wheel protection

With leasing you have to know what you are doing. Which is why mose leases are fleeces. I have done extemely well. For those who dont undertstand a lease, check out lease hacker forums and read. You can see real signed deals and know the facts.

I leased last month (late March) and I did total $2k drive-off and payment was $230/mo + tax about $255/mo all in. 36mo 12k/yr. Also had lease loyalty with Hyundai finance, I think it was an additional $750 toward drive offs, was $10k off from Hyundai and $4k off from dealer. Anaheim Hyundai.

CA deal does not have the extra $5k rebate CO has. Best deals have been $6k-$7k all-in for a one-pay lease 24M/12k miles

Thats a pretty good deal! I was only able to do $2500 drive off with $255/mo all in with 24mo 12k/yr. this is for a SEL RWD.
