Hyundai is offering Ioniq 5 SEL AWD 2 year lease for $225 per month and $225 down in Colorado. States without additional EV tax credit will likely be a little higher but you can probably talk them down even more. I got them down to $6k total price for a 2 year lease including all taxes and fees as well as an additional $2k of no charge options/accessories or protection/warranty plans. I also had a quote for a RWD for $4300 all-in.
They really seem to be desperate to get rid of them. I got to the point in negotiating that they literally couldn't lower the price of the car anymore because it made the residual higher than what I would owe on the car which meant Hyundai would've had to pay me to lease the car, which is how I ended up with the extra $2k in options. It also includes 2 free years of charging on the Electrify America network.
The Hyundai website says the offer ends April 30, but I'm guessing they will extend it.
Edit to add copy of final paperwork numbers. Deal was at Schomp Hyundai in Denver but had similar offers from Phil Long Hyundai Chapel Hills in Colorado Springs and McDonald Hyundai in Denver.

Sentry has never required a subscrition.
How could it? It's just recording local cameras to a local storage drive.
VIEWING the live cameras remotely requires one- because the car needs internet access to do that.

Now sure how you don't get the price I indicate, it's the same for everyone without any login required (unless you're outside the US I suppose)
Screen shot showing the $299 I mention attached
Thanks not sure why it didn't show good pricing for me when I tried it out. Maybe I'm adding too many features or trying out mY not really m3.
I'll assess

Great car, BTW, although unfortunately they nerfed the SEL trim in recent model years. This is still a great price.
These are crappy car brands. If you're poor - you get these brands
Yep, I'm poor. What now?
How did I "forget" it? It's literally shown in the screen shot I provided AND shown at the link I provided.
This deal for AWD model, which is 431 Tesla website.

It's like you're so desperate to disagree with SOMETHING you keep posting nonsense while trying.
I literally cite the $299 as being the RWD model in my original post on this.

your deal is 2999 down and 299 a month for RWD model, not even close.
What is a whole point to post MUCH worst deal? Just to promote Tesla on every EV and non EV thread.

The point was someone asked.
So I told them.
A better question is why you keep being SUPER MAD about i- to the point of you incorrectly claiming I "left out" information that not only did I literally mention in the post but ALSO included in an attached screen shot.

What I actually wrote:
"Depends what you mean by similar I guess? They do offer leases where they pass through the $7500 tax credit though- cheapest appears to be RWD Model 3 at $299/mo... might be cheaper if you're specifically in CO (as this deal requires) and get them to also pass through the $5000 state credit."
And I posted a picture with the specifics of the deal when asked further.
You then falsely claimed I left out it was RWD despite explicitly saying so.
You also falsely claimed I left out the downpayment, even though it was in the attached screen shot (and clearly displayed at the link I provided).
After pointing out you seem to keep making up false claims and getting SUPER MAD about my answering someone elses question you're not debating what 'similar' means.
Even though I explictly wrote in the first place it depends what the person asking meant by similar... (and also pointing out that if they're buying in Colorado they might ALSO get the $5000 state credit in the lease terms-- like you do with THIS deal--- meaning it'd be considerably cheaper than the website price). In fact if you DID get the 5k CO credit you'd end up with a price...very similar to this deal.... Because $3000 plus $299 a month, with a $5000 credit, ends up being potentially the SAME $225 down as this deal, and then a pretty similar $237.17 a month.
Again why are you SO FURIOUS someone else asked a question and someone else answered it... to the point you keep accusing one of them of things exactly the opposite of what they actually wrote?
What goal are you accomplishing doing that exactly?

This deal is available, your 237.17 just another fantasy you are living in.

I didn't cut into anything. I answered a question someone else asked without my having said anything to that person.
They were, in fact, replying to ANOTHER poster- and asked, specifically, about Tesla leases.
Only after they asked that did I link to Tesla leasing info to answer their question.
You can see the post to which I first replied here-

Why do you keep making up false claims anybody can check by scrolling back a couple pages, in order to keep being SUPER FURIOUS about something that has nothing to do you with, and didn't involve you in any way?
It's very weird.
