Hyundai is offering Ioniq 5 SEL AWD 2 year lease for $225 per month and $225 down in Colorado. States without additional EV tax credit will likely be a little higher but you can probably talk them down even more. I got them down to $6k total price for a 2 year lease including all taxes and fees as well as an additional $2k of no charge options/accessories or protection/warranty plans. I also had a quote for a RWD for $4300 all-in.
They really seem to be desperate to get rid of them. I got to the point in negotiating that they literally couldn't lower the price of the car anymore because it made the residual higher than what I would owe on the car which meant Hyundai would've had to pay me to lease the car, which is how I ended up with the extra $2k in options. It also includes 2 free years of charging on the Electrify America network.
The Hyundai website says the offer ends April 30, but I'm guessing they will extend it.
Edit to add copy of final paperwork numbers. Deal was at Schomp Hyundai in Denver but had similar offers from Phil Long Hyundai Chapel Hills in Colorado Springs and McDonald Hyundai in Denver.

Electric cars are heavier and full of toxins - niche market at best. As a firefighter we are taught they are nearly impossible to put out once on fire too. Fun stuff.
IN Colorado you likely will only be charged sales tax on the "down at signing " portion. The rest if the sales tax is charged with the monthly payment, and adjusts in percentage when moving to a new tax area. Colorado dealers do not include registration costs. You are responsible for that yourself.
All of the dealers listed are reputable dealers that I would be willing to work with.

Have you even been in a "new" Toyota? Their cars are so outdated. The 2024 Tacoma was finally redesigned.
In NH they charge an extra $100 registration fee (annually) for BEV and $50 for PHEV to help offset the lost gas tax revenue. This is on top of the yearly excise tax (they don't call it an excise tax like they did in MA but it is). Cost us ~$850/yr for our 2023 Polestar and ~$330/yr for our 2018 XC90.

I can't speak for every manufacturer and every car, I can only speak for the 8 cars I've owned. Consumer Reports has done tests and found most cars are within 2-10% of the estimates (since 2008 -- before then, conventional engine cars were off by 9% on average and 18% for hybrids): https://www.consumerrep
You're welcome to reject those data if you have other data that counter what Consumer Reports has found.

Someone always has to complain about things, but will a Toyota die at 40k or get stolen and left like garbage Hyundai and Kia?
LOL

Leased an SEL in Southern CA for ~11k total, no Colorado credit available unfortunately. This was ~5k OTD and 259/mo with all taxes and fees. Could have probably found a better deal if I kept looking, I have heard of some dealerships in CA offering ~7-8k with a one-pay option, but did not have the time to shop around unfortunately. Originally was looking for the Kona, as they are even cheaper, but there were none available in my area or within ~100 miles. OTOH, my local dealership had 10+ Ioniq 5's on the lot.
Did not come with an EVSE or any home charger/outlet installation incentives either. But the car is very nice for that price.
