I chose to do a 1 pay lease and just pay everything at signing. I also had offers for roughly the same total price with $0 down $254 per month, $1k down $207 per month, and $2k down $161 per month. Admittedly those are slightly better than the $6k upfront but they didn't come with the extra $2k in options which I chose to use on lease end protection and tire/wheel protection

The deal is ymmv and takes many hours and the right people. So I still stick by the fact this is a ymmv deal and yes it has been a complete joke over pennies back and forth. The op did not explain the deal clearly.

I have 350kwh less than 8 miles away straight shot.
Anyway 150kwh will destroy a level 2 charger in your house even at 50amps
dont even bother buying one for 300+

you should be able to charge within 18-20 min to 80% about 230m

The deal is $225/m + $225 down for the base model with no options (MSRP ~$49k). That is already $5,626. With 9% tax, that is $6,131 even without any fees. But dealers have ~$53k models, so I would say it is a good deal if under $7k all combined for $0-1,000 down and under $6k for one payment.
