This really is $200 off the standard price, though it spent a while down at $450 in December. Really good reviews on Amazon. From what I can tell, this is the precursor to the current 750. The 7500 has been around for 11 years. The 750 looks to have a slightly more powerful motor and 5 presets, and the container is shorter and wider, and normally costs $50 to $75 more. Both are normally in the upper $500-600 range, though the 750 is currently well over $600, but it bounces around a lot. For a new Vitamix high end model, this is a great price.

Thanks OP. Got the a3300. I'm assuming the Vitamix warranty will still be in place since it's new regardless of woot's 90 day warranty

Warranty is a major issue. Warranty could be a deal breaker. I suggest checking with Vitamix first. Traditionally the 5-10 year warranty has covered all parts and labor including free pick up from your dome fast repair within 10 days and free return sh on new and about 3-5 years on refurbished machines. That's why buying direct from Vitamiix has always been the safest bet.

$300 for the full size 7500 ( edit: '7500' not '750' ) w 7 years is considered slick. Recently they upped that to 10 years. ( edit: I mixed up the two models early in the morning. The 7500 is manual and the Pro 750 has presets. Very similar, both are full size machines NexGen G series. The 7500 has been on sale for $300 or less as threads here attest. Pro 750 has presets. Note that Vitamix changes motors pars suppliers and specs so old reviews posted on line may not be correct as to wattage and horsepower. Use the current specs posted on Vitamix for comparisons. end edit )

Others prefer the somewhat weaker and noisier full size 5200 merely because it comes with the tall narrow jar. However the 5200 is not a NexGen model which has superior manual controls, a better appearance and noise dampening construction.

Bottom line is $300 is slick if you get a full size ( non-Explorian ) blender, at least a 7 year warranty, a 64 oz container and 2.2 not 2.0 hp motor.

The tall 64 oz container is only better for select tasks and is actually a disadvantage for many others such as chopping and removing blended products. It comes with the 5200 which is an older "C' series model without the significant advancements found in the NexGen G series.

Personally the combination of less noise, less vibration and the ability to use new and old style containers even if the self detect feature isn't available make the ( edit '7500') NexGen bases are more important to me than automatic features with self detect technology. YMMV , automatic vs manual is a highly personal preference however experienced users often say that automatic operation ( timer ) is not important.

The date of manufacture appears on the bottom. ( edit My '7500' with a date code of Oct 2012 is much quieter than my 7500 produced in 2021 no doubt due to different motor suppliers. ) Clean Used 7500's are worth buying imo for under $100. Then buy a new genuine container for $150 or $100 on sale which will have a one year warranty. Aftermarket containers used low quality bearings and blades and should be avoided.

Note that container warranty is one year when purchased as an accessory. However, when purchased with the blender its warranty will be the same as that of the blender. The bearings and the seals in the container fail long before the motor base. If you blend regularly and hard then expect to need a new container within 3 years. With this considered a new 7500 with low profile 64 ounce, 7-10 yr warranty on all for $300 on sale can't be beat.

Aside from the warranty this deal is for a yellow blender. Can you deal with that on your counter for 5-10 years? Red White and Black are standard colors. QVC offered a host of special colors so this yellow is likely a QVC left-over .

Would the A3300 have factory 10 year warranty?

Will pick between this or the Costco V1200 which does have the full warranty.

The 7500 is sold out. Although the A3300 at $380 is still a good deal, it is consistently on sale in the $350 range throughout the year, even reaching as low as $319 a while back.

Btw, Costco also has the Vitamix Venturist Pro Blender on sale for $320.

I wonder which item customers will actually be receiving. In the picture is the explorian vitamix which is the economy model line versus the 7500 which is not. The build quality on these 2 models are vastly different and reflected in the price. I don't think this is that great of a deal. I think the exploring models are priced around this at msrp. The model in the picture is the E310, which is currently on their website for $330. It should also be noted that the container in the photo is not 64 oz. It is actually 48 oz.

I bought into the vitamix hype and was left disappointed. A $100 ninja blends a smoothie the same.

Just a up vote for a company that makes durable products. A decade ago I was able to buy some small part or another to fix my mom's Vitamix from the 1970s and got it running like a top all over again. She gave me the new one and I've used it 5x a week since then with zero maintenance beyond replacing the pitcher after dropping/breaking it. Dunno if other brands have same longevity, but better than $30 a year is respectable.

If you have a costco membership, they currently have their exclusive model on sale for $320 and it includes a 10yr warranty on all parts. I purchased myself and am very happy with it. It does have the 2.2hp motor that the person above indicated is preferred. It is very quiet unless on the max speed.
