I'll bite to gamble if they actually provide the credit. Seems to be 50/50 if they ever do. This time I took screen shots though just in case they decide to not provide it.

People, this isn't complicated. Just follow the instructions and Amazon will apply a promotional credit to your account in a couple of weeks. You will like forget about it and then in a month you will be buying something and a magic extra coupon shows up applied to the purchase reducing the price you pay. Amazon's technology department is very good, it works, I highly doubt anyone will have to contact them to get this to apply. Don't overthink this.
