I have the entire collection along with the settlers but on the ubisoft app. They are very good remasters. Especially if you played them in your younger years. I'll hold out to buy these on steam until the entire collection is available.

Oddly, Anno 1404 History Edition [steampowered.com] is not included on that sale page, but it IS currently on sale for $4.49 thru 4/29/2024

The Anno 1404 History Edition page also contains a bundle option 1404+1503+1602+1701 for only $17.51 [steampowered.com]

Anno games are not turn-based like Civ, but are slow paced real-time, focused on building up supply chains on islands and between islands via a shipping network, meeting the needs of and growing the population. They are great!

Yeah, I stay away from Ubisoft whenever possible. Their DRM practices, their ongoing support & maintenance for their games, and their launcher are all terrible on PC. I've been burned by them too many times.

If I were to buy them, it would only be for a console.
