I applied for a consumer credit card last year with signup bonus, spend the money with real purchases within 2 month. US bank cancelled my card without giving me a signup bonus. I called customer service and they were not able to give me a straight answer and basically told me SOL. (ALSO customer service takes like 1+hr to get hold of).
