My local home depot had several of the Expand attachments on sale. The 17.5" hedge trimmer was the best deal at $10, but others were also discounted. Located by the lawn mowers and yellow sticker showing discount price.

These seem to be the older models. Can spot them by the gray handle. The newer ones are the typical green/yellow ryobi color.

Yes. My store showed out of stock and still found 6 items. 1 trimmer for $10, bush cutter for $25, and cultivator for $10
*Worth noting that the trimmer sticker price was $85 but rang up as $10.
