I used the coupon today on four 10" solid rubber tires that sell for $9.99 each so I won't have to deal with flat tires on my dollies anymore. Saved $12. Lots of other coupons too. Used the 50% off on the heat gun deal.

Does the coupon work for items under $10 that are on sale? Or does the coupon only work for regularly priced items under $10?

For the example, the gloves listed above are regularly $9.99. The gloves are currently on sale for $8.79. Will the 30% coupon work on these gloves?

I picked up four items today, including the 5 pack of split leather gloves someone else mentioned. One thing I've noticed is that with price hikes, certain items are above $10 now and don't qualify. With inflation running like it is, with every passing sale more and more items will be excluded, so my point is stock up now and buy things you don't need right now, but might down the road to hedge your bets.

It should work; I just purchased this 14-inch Pittsburgh steel pipe wrench yesterday. I need it regardless of whether it has a 30% discount or not, and it did receive a 30% discount at checkout.

I find it you're on the mobile app, a good way to search and sort things under $20 for ITC members is this: 1. Type an asterisk into the search bar. 2. Filter items $0-$50. 3. Sort High-Low 4. Near the bottom of the first page of results, clock on the red arrow under pages and scroll down to page 29.

Now you have deals under $20 that work with the 30% off coupon. You can also search Low-High if that's your bag, baby! Yeah!!! (Austin Powers, probably).

I loaded up with the ITC discounts and the extra 30% off. I love the Icon hand tools and got a huge set now. May go back tomorrow and buy a second set of the essentials.

At my store the 30% was taken off any single item less than $20 even if clearance, ITC, etc. Also there was no limit to the number of items I could buy or day.

Between the reduced/clearance price and the 30% off I saved a pretty good amount of money in items I would have bought anyways.
