I double-checked with the branch. The banker said Chase will put a memo on my account, which has higher priority over the default offer but won't be reflected in the app.

I have 10 days to cancel/downgrade my CSP. The plan was o cancel and get a CSR in a month, but if I can't get SUB, as I've learned here, that doesn't make sense. So... is VentureX really worth it? And is CSP really worth keeping? Methinks no. I haven't even used $50 hotel credit in year 1.
