Excellent for Trout, but I've had smaller bass chase it, too. I've even jigged something like this up and down and had panfish go after it.

This #3 size is better for larger trout (16"+) and I've also had luck with bass I'll mainly use the silver, bronze, copper, and gold colors. I tend to never use the painted or dressed versions.

I prefer to keep a few with the red plastic tube on the treble hook and also cut a few of them cut off. It won't impact how it moves but some trout prefer not having that bright red.

The larger these are the more drag they have so this size is good for deeper fishing spots where the current might be low. Go down to a #2 if fishing rapids as it won't drop in the water as fast.

Is this good for salt water speckled trout, redfish and snook?

I don't think so? I find my inline spinners rust too fast in salt, even if I rinse them. I have much more luck with gulp swimming mullets on quarter ounce jigs
