The iPhone 11 is very old at this point, I wouldn't recommend anything older than the iPhone 12.

I had an iPhone 11 up until 2023 and the main issue was that the chip would get crazy hot. Battery was also affected by that

I was using an iPhone 11 like 6 months ago and it was behaving totally fine. Disagree that it's not usable right now, and the battery life will be right up there with the 12 whose battery life was natively poor.

While waiting the 2 or so days for the Google Voice port to go through will the iPhone have a data connection?

I placed my port request last Wednesday, and the next day TbV called me to notify that the porting will be completed on Monday. Yesterday afternoon (Sun) Google sent me notification that my number has been ported out.
Throughout that whole time I don't have any connectivity besides WiFi. When I dial the number being ported it goes straight to VM on (I guess) TbV side.
The porting out of GV takes quite a bit of time and downtime.

Good phone but the only huge downside is that it doesn't support 5G. And there e a huge difference between LTE and 5G.

Does anyone know if you can place multiple orders at the same shipping address? I love to get these phones (a total of 4) for my kids and family and most likely keep the Total for a few months to see how the coverage is. I have already ordered 2 and received it at my home address.

5G only matters to people who wants fast Data. I use my phones mainly for calls, and some texts. On my 5G Android phones, I even turned off 5G and changed the default to 4G/LTE to get more reliable cell service.

The other device you need to use the hotspot continuously or it will disconnect the hotspot after a few minutes of inactive use
I'm assuming you mean that I need to be running data through device 2, in which case, I am. I'll hotspot from my iPhone 11 to my laptop and literally be browsing the internet and it will, without fail, decide to shut off within 15-20 minutes. I've googled it and it seems to be a common issue with iPhone 11 or maybe just iOS, probably a power saving feature. I just haven't found any way to fix it, other than keeping the screen from timing out.

Transfer is done when the phone is activated. You can wait up to a year to activate the phone.
Thank you!

Looks to me like the deal is dead. Now full price $199
I still see it for $49 at about 1pm Central 6/3/24. Did you buy two at the discounted price already?

Can you check your total account.
Is your active line showing anything or 0?

Showing 1. While they were very specific when the line will be activated, the time just passed and it is still not active. Phone was rebooted to reflect change if it happened, but it still in "Waiting for activation" state.

did you use a different credit card? I asked because TbV canceled my second order, which is shipped it to a different address (a different billing address). The only thing common is, the same billing address for both orders.

I used different cards, each one belongs to the name that ordered the phone(s). Not only to keep things separate, but also because Chase and US Bank have 15% credit offer for purchases with Total (max $15 back, ends June 5th). So myself and my wife each used our own Chase and US Bank cards to get our own offers.

The google voice port takes much longer because it's a landline to wireless port. Most wireless ports are pretty instantaneous.
