1. Yes.
2. Yes, but why? Phone will get unlocked after 60 days even with paying only for 1 month of service.
3. Yes.
#2 - If i don't have service, how can I use it? I can't port back to XM if it still locked, correct?

After the 1st month, throw the phone in a drawer or use it as a WiFi device, then after it's unlocked on Day 61 use it with whichever provider you want.

Can't verify on a phone. Not even desktop mode.

Cannot get the 2nd iPhone 11 with $30 plan for $49 device cost, showing me $199 option only. What could I be doing wrong?

* Are you ordering the 2nd iPhone 11 from the same account that ordered the 1st one?
* Has your ID verification expired? (about 10 days after the verification was done for the 1st phone).
* Does the phone number that you want to use for port-in pass the check?
* How many discounted phones have you ordered from that account?

Not reading terms for starters, especially highlighted part about $50 plan requirement.

We're porting GV over into this and getting the 1 month service. Not flipping the phone actually keeping, we just don't intend to spend the $50 on a second month and will wait for the unlock. Will we lose the number and have to get a new number with whatever carrier we choose to move to after unlock?
Quote from JaTaN :
Yes, you'll need active service in order to port out so if you don't pay for 2nd mo then you won't be able to port out after the phone unlocks -- the line will be suspended for non-payment (don't know how long they hold the number before they release it to original carrier)

Just use a GV number that you don't care about -- otherwise port another number (Tello has $5 plan so you can get new number from there)
If you want to hang onto the number you brought in, you could also use something like Numberbarn to park the number for a month for a very low price. Then when your phone is unlocked, you could move the number over to whatever service you will be using. (You might be able to port it back into GV as well, though I've never ported into GV and I believe there is a $20 fee to port into GV.)

Incorrect, the site was buggy and it eventually worked on the 5th try.

The site was being dumb, it eventually worked after multiple tries.

06/11: placed order for 2 phones, got shipping confirmation.
06/12: tried place 2 more phone on spouse name, but was able to place order for only one.
06/13: order rejected email received for 06/12 order, saying that limit 2 phones per household.
I thought it's limit 2 per person, is it limit 2 per household?

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank sniperruff

Just want to come back to add another Google Voice data point:

6/8 (Sat) - unblocked the GV number for $3 and activated phone
6/10 (Mon) - received email from Google informing that number was ported out
6/13 (Thurs) - phone successfully activated - you'll no longer see the "porting in process" message in your account

I did not have to contact Google or Total. I guess in some cases you just have to wait longer.

Maybe they've changed the terms. Between 4/20 and 6/1, I ordered four iPhone11's from two accounts (mine and wife's), all shipped to the same street address and received.
