Just wait for Instinct 3 - should be released in this year.
I'm looking to get a better HR sensor, Instinct 2 improved a lot compared to previous gen but still has issues during intense cardio.
I had original Instinct Solar (bought it in November 2021) and battery was simply amazing. I charged it every other week with plenty of charge left.
But in the last 2 months battery took a nosedive. Now it is going from 100% to 15% in 3 days.
IMHO, it's still worth it. It survived few OCRs and after 2.5 years looks like new.
Suggestion: buy insurance, they might offer you some money ($75 inmy case) when you need to replace it.
