I'm also wondering about the free unlimited line. I switched one line to unlimited yesterday (it could save me from paying $20 for an extra gig), but there's no evidence of the unlimited line being free (yet). If anyone has positive confirmation, please share.
Update: I spent far too long with a chat agent today. The agent indicated the free unlimited line offer wasn't available for current lines and proceeded to push a new phone line and new phone incredibly hard. I'm not convinced the agent really knew anything about the military offer, though. So take that for what it's worth.
They are very congratulatory.
