On mobile, I had to select other sellers to see the coupon.
Edit-You have to first clip the $1.80 coupon and add it to the cart as a one time purchase. Then make sure the 25% coupon was checked off.Then, when you're checking out, your in for subscribe& save.

Oooh, coupon checkbox is hidden for clipping so pay attention. Load product page, then Click on other sellers and on the very top you will see another check box with Coupon saving of $1.80 then click back on main page and then click again the 25% discount and hopefully you should get this like I did. Good luck.
