Legion dimensions: 0.84 by 12.9 by 9.9 inches
G14 weight: 3.3 pounds
Legion weight: 3.85 pounds
The Legion does have a slightly larger screen though which is nice.
G14 has all aluminum build, the Legion has a plastic interior.
G14 has G-Sync while Legion doesn't.
G14 has significantly better speakers.
Is that worth an extra $300? Up to the buyer, just pointing out the differences. I'd say no but it's close.
All that said, a few months ago the Legion was $1050 at BB and Slickdeals had a $150 eBay coupon and to my surprise it worked on the Legion making it $900. At a $450 price difference that makes going with the Legion a LOT easier, but I haven't seen that since. I'm a little mad at myself for not jumping on it.

It really does depend on what you want to do with your computer. If your always taking it with you then the asus is probably a better buy, if it's not as often the Lenovo is probably better
Mine shows a little under a year, but if they ask for invoice on a warranty repair it will get denied if beyond 90 days. I'm thinking of buying new now, as one of the cashback sites has a 4% off, max $50 rebate.
It's on sale for 1499 USD and minus 10% Newsletter discount it comes at the same price like the ASUS G14.

I guess I'll go with a slim Legion 5.
