I don't get all the hate for delivery services. Nobody is making customers use them. Nobody is forcing restaurants to do business with them. Nobody is making drivers work for them. As a regular customer and part time delivery guy I think it's a great service. I love delivering food to disabled people when their kids want to buy them a nice meal. Or bringing a bunch of pizzas and party supplies for a kids bday. Or bringing medicine to someone who is sick. Or food to someone whose car is in the shop. Yea it's a waste of money if you are perfectly capable of picking up the food yourself, but that's a you problem. Yes of course it costs money. Drivers time and gas isn't free.
Tipping culture in the US is messed up. Tips aren't required. If you don't like that, get a real job then.
It says promo not valid. I tried other cards that give the Amazon credit and they go through.

Congrats! People with disabilities also rely on these services. It's a shame that in some parts of the country the price has gone up around 100% in the past 5 years.
Note: Bought Google play $50 giftcard. Will be using that to pay for Google storage subscription. I need the 2 TB plan. It's too bad they don't offer 1 TB plan.

Are you really comparing food delivery to getting mail delivered. 😂. One comes from a giant warehouse and they pick up like 500 orders at once. And generally can deliver it anytime they feel like it over a day or 2. If you want it quicker it costs way more than food delivery does. One requires someone to be standing there ready for the food and usually only runs with 1 order or 2 at a time. Picking from locations all over town. Having to handle food and drinks and keep things from spilling over. And try to get it to you before it goes cold.
