In a perfect world. But every delivery is different. Once their algorithm for pay can account for weather. If you're in a high rise building with no parking. Etc. then maybe they can work. For me I throw drivers some extra money because I live in an apartment and more if weather is bad. I'm ordering from somewhere far away. Etc. it blows my mind the apps don't even charge extra and pay much more for long deliveries. Seems a simple enough start.
