$16.99 at local Costco B&M. Once a year they've $3 off making it $13.99 for 200 bags. Costco sells both scented and unscented. I also prefer Costco quality.

That sounds right to me. I thought they were even cheaper in store, but I wasn't certain about the price. Thanks for the additional info!

I agree. I got them on a whim when they were on sale, and I wouldn't ever switch. They are strong and never leak.

FYI, Project Farm did a review on garbage bags recently featuring these Hefty Ultra Strong bags and Costco's Kirkland bags: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uw9SMpywYHY -- I love this man. I too prefer Costco's bags - but I just bought some of Home Depot's HDX brand bags and couldn't tell the difference between them and Costco's (except for the price- HDX is more expensive).
