Don't miss the return of The Chi. Get your first year of the Paramount+ with SHOWTIME annual plan for 50% off. That's like $5/mo for 12 months! Link expires 7/14/24.
I had signed up almost 9 months back with sportsline which offered free paramount & showtime free. In March they extended till May. In May they extended my free membership till November 2024. I haven't paid more than $15 for paramount + premium in last 4 years. Mind you I still have Amex offer for 11.99 which i haven't used of my 4 cards.
WLASU7 – Free month of Paramount+. Ends 7/19/24.

It is looking more and more likely that Paramount is going to try to "right the ship" over the next 2 or 3 years, in order to maximize the value of the parts before selling some of them off - they are hoping at a higher price than currently.
While $60 seems like an 'OK' deal, I'm going to wait for the $10 to $25 a year commercial free deal that seems to come up every June or July.
I'm at a year or so of having it free, I have no idea why? I check it periodically to make sure it's still free before I cancel, and sure enough it's still free so I leave it alone.

almost a year for me as well. sometimes i wonder if i have some card on file that they are charging that i can't see or else they're going to come back after a year and tell me i owe them. but i got the cancellation email last summer. free is good but it's hard passing up these good deal when you don't know if your sub can cancel on any given day.

Got an email today from paramount with a paramount code to come back. The code doesn't work.
Got the same email. Put the code in. It said Today's Total $0.00. Clicked resume and got charged full price anyway. Hope everyone else has better luck.

Same thing happened to me. Clicked on email link. Said I would be charged $0.00. Was using a virtual card with $2 on it. they tried to charge the full $11.99 but were denied. Code was SV2P95. Would not use a regular credit card with them.
Will add when I clicked on the link it asked me to create a new account. Perhaps if I had created a new account instead of using the account they sent the offer to, they would not have charged me. Doesn't seem worth it to try.

Yep, same code here. SV2P95 . Lesson learned to use low value virtual cards every time.
