Don't oversize your unit; it may not cool effectively enough to remove the moisture/humidity in your space. I have two Midea units: 12,000 for a living room and 8,000 for a bedroom. They work better than the LG, Toshiba, and GE units we've had in the past. The inverter tech is amazing and efficient just be sure to size accordingly.

Update: It's third party and walmart says to contact seller to verify warranty information.
Walmart deal says $95 for installation. I assume that is only if one has the right plug (240V) and what if not?
