I can vouch for the King Kong cover as well. I went through a few covers from Amazon before trying King Kong and it's still going strong after 5+ years.
So now I just keep it under the awning, and if the weather gets super bad I'll roll it into the garage.
The walmart one is not sold by walmart. So there may be an issue with the 3 year warranty.
Not sure what the rule on links is per se but uh - been happy with this so far:

Would definitely go generic over these.
I see some people saying quite the opposite, but for me it's been great.
Here are a couple images I just took of it. It's a bit dirty, but hopefully it helps...

Not what they used to be
Mine has a small tear and one Velcro strap has torn in 8 yrs. It has held up incredibly well, especially considering the strong UV in Colorado. Cheap patio furniture covers were brittle and shredded in less than 2 years.

Like others have mentioned, it faded after the first 2-3 years but I didn't care about that. The Velcro straps are less effective somewhere around years 3-5, but I found that I just wrapped them around each other to add some friction and then velcroed the remaining "ears" from that. Worked well in all but the highest winds.
I'll replace because of this deal and the new cover will likely outlast the grill.
