I had a king Kong one that made it 4 years, just ordered a new one, it was also $40.
I can vouch for the King Kong cover as well. I went through a few covers from Amazon before trying King Kong and it's still going strong after 5+ years.

I've tried 3 different covers that were cheap because there was no way I was spending $95 on one. They all got torn to shreds. Will this one actually hold up?

I had this one for about 3 years in a non covered area with direct sunlight for most of the day. It was faded and the Velcro straps were falling apart but it still did its job. I replaced it with a new one when we moved into a new house and the grill area is now covered.

I've had mine for 9 years. Maybe faded a little, unlike other cheap covers that turn white from the sun. Only thing is the Velcro straps that tighten each side have come off. So when it's really windy it flies off. Probably could solve it with bungee cord but no issues otherwise. Quality way better than cheap off brands.

I find Weber grill covers last much longer than the other branded grill covers. So I replaced my last Weber grill cover (which lasted around 4-5 years) with a new Weber grill cover. They may fade to a gray color after 3 years, but they still work.
My current Weber grill cover that I bought from Amazon is still going strong after 5 years. But I made the mistake of buying my first one from 3rd party on Amazon. That one was likely counterfeit and only lasted 6 months.
Thanks OP! Perfect timing!
I used an aftermarket Amazon cover for my grill, and through rain and moisture, it warped the side tables, and rusted out most of my parts.
I contacted Weber, and to their credit, they replaced everything! FedEx'd the parts to my door. So now they have a customer for life, I have a brand new(ish) grill, and I need a new grill cover!
