It has a gimbal so you'll have steadier footage in most cases. Gopro's stabilization is pretty good but because it's digital you will lose some clarity.

This doesn't have bluetooth or wifi. The pocket 2 really needed the creator combo to be worthwhile.

Not a spyware. Government uses DJI. Available on play store. Software is optional. Still my recommendation is dont buy it as it can spy on you via 5G

Pocket 3 has dramatic improvements. I would avoid buying pocket 2
