Why??

Bought one of these once. the coating started to flake off after a couple uses. Cheap and poorly made. Avoid.

Nearly identical ones are made by a number of different companies. Are you sure you have the same brand?
By the way, this listing says it's made by Chicago Metallic in 'From the Manufacturer'... and Taylor as the brand and Lifetime Brands as the Manufacturer under 'Product Information".

Lifetime Brands is a leading global provider of kitchenware, tableware and other products used in the home. The Company markets its products under well-known kitchenware brands, including Farberware®, KitchenAid®, Sabatier®, Amco Houseworks®, Chef'n®, Chicago™ Metallic, Copco®, Fred® & Friends, Houdini™, KitchenCraft®, Kamenstein®, Kizmos™, La Cafetière®, MasterClass®, Misto®, Mossy Oak®, Swing-A-Way® Taylor® Kitchen and Vasconia®; respected tableware and giftware brands, including Mikasa®, Pfaltzgraff®, Fitz and Floyd®, Creative Tops®, Empire Silver™, Gorham®, International® Silver, Kirk Stieff®, Rabbit®, Towle® Silversmiths, Tuttle®, Wallace®

Mold it into a brick on a sheet pan, you can use a loaf pan as a mold or just use your hands. Cook uncovered.

It'll be / \ shaped instead of \ / shaped.

There's also this https://www.cmbakeware.com/, the commercial Chicago Metallic. The Amazon store is just the brand licensed by Lifetime Brands, as previously mentioned. There are two companies for Farberware and KitchenAid, the real brand and the ones licensed by Lifetime brands for kitchen gadgets like can openers and utensils.

People have me a little worried about the non-stick, but I haven't experienced issues yet with the first one I bought. I've only used it a couple of times, though.

Check your local Marshalls/TJM/Ross. You can sometimes find these for $5.

I've been using this since 2013 and it works pretty well. It holds the meatloaf up out of the grease...

It did eventually start peeling, but it was 8 years old at that point so I got a decent amount of use out of it for a nonstick pan. I bought another to replace it.

My only real complaint is that the crimps in the tray tend to snag the plastic bristles of brushes, ripping them right out of the brush. I have to use a sponge instead of brush when cleaning this.
