"Condition: New"
Additionally even if these were used they aren't download codes, they require the cart to play. Meaning you have to download a game to the switch you can't play if the cartridge isnt inserted
Personally I wouldn't pay more than $10 for this (especially on the switch) and would only buy digitally because I don't want use tied to a physical cartridge.

I have the Bioshock collection and I think everything is included without a code.
But, I think Borderlands used a code to download games.
I could be wrong.

With this collection, it just downloads the titles and uses the cartridge as an access key. So for some this is a benefit where you can share the card and play on different accounts, but all have to download the larger games, and dont have access with out the physical cartridge.

To be fair you could still sell the switch version used or give it to a friend to play since the cartridge only acts as a license to play the download games.
For collection purposes I would get the PS5 version because the games are in the disc and can be played offline.
Was that a yes or no?
