For out in the yard I have a refillable black metal torch that sits on top of an adjustable stake. Comes in like 4 pieces and so can be adjusted from like 2' tall to 5' tall or something like that. I must have bought it in a store at some point because I don't see it online but I'm sure they make similar ones on Amazon.
64 oz is cheaper either way -- $.09/oz vs $.10/oz for the 100 oz.
I have noticed this on other items as well, which has surprised me since I had the general idea that bigger is cheaper per unit. I hope everyone understands how to calculate per unit cost. Obviously depending on their quantity needs.
We use this stuff. We have 5ft tiki torches surrounding our patio and a few table tops we set around on the patio. Pretty much all mosquito repellents have divisive reviews on whether it is snake oil or not. But we try everything, just to have a chance of reducing the abundance of mosquitos we have around here. It does seem to reduce the amount of mosquitos we see when we have them out. Plus. The light provides a nice ambiance.
The only thing I can confirm that works is DEET. However, we try our best to not use spray on repellants.

seems to be mixed reviews on both sides, where some people call this snake oil and others swear by it
