On a related note, i upgraded my Dyson stick Vac with the $20 Amazon Ryobi battery attachment and it works amazingly well. It goes forever and when it dies, I just swap it and keep going.
Love the vacuum, just be careful with it. It fell over one time and broke the upper lid clamp on the canister. It will hold in the tool and work, but when you pop it out to empty it, everything falls apart now. Tried contacting them about getting a new canister and got no where. Great vacuum otherwise including sucking up Great Pyr and Husky hair.
Also, the only thing I need from this sale would be the Pruner, but $85.20 is a stretch for that item. If it's labeled HP now it only seems to be in the $199 sale which is double what I paid for all my HP stuff.
ED: My comments are about the better 717 vacuum. If the vacuum head is the same then comments still apply.
This is the cheaper less powerful 716 model not the more powerful 717k with the dual brush roller not worth it IMO.
IIRC, both of those models have the same vacuum hardware. The model number differentiation is just for which head is included, single vs dual roller. I recall reading about people buying a dual roller during DTO sales or something and it works fine with the 716. Again, I don't own either one currently so I'm just going off of rough memory from a year ago
Damn much slimmer selection that last year. I was holding out for the 3/8 in. Extended Reach Ratchet, but it doesn't look like it's on the list this year

I had hoped for a greater selection of available bonus tools as well.
The cheaper bundle one with the 2 & 4, has several of the usual less expensive tools, but I thought there used to be like 20 or 24 tools to pick from, not just a dozen.
